Your data will be added to our database and will be kept under the Conditions guidelines. 2.- Add your desired products to your shopping cart: Remember that prices include VAT but not shipping costs. You can see the total fee, included shipping costs before confirming an order. Also, you can see the shipping costs during the first step of the checkout process. If your country is not a part of the European Union you`ll be able to see prices without VAT, once you`re logged in. 3.- Click on Checkout button once you`ve added your desired products to your shopping cart. 4.- Choose the shipping. Shipments are made to Spain (mainland and islands), Portugal (mainland and islands) and France, as well as the countries in this list. If you want a shipment to an area that is not in the list you can ask for a shipping price through the contact us section or at info@bicicletasguillermo.com. 5.- Choose the method of payment. You can pay through credit card (Visa or Master Card), or bank transfer or even financing until 6 months without any interest (only for Spanish citizens). This financing will be up to 6 months without any interest and will be through the agreement between the Banco Pastor Bank and the Urban Marketplace of Monforte de Lemos, who issues a credit card on behalf of the applicant. Once granted, Guillermo e Hijos S.L. will handle your order as soon as possible. Financing is subjetc to approval by the bank and only valid for Spanish citizens. 6.- Confirming the order. 7.- You will receive an e-mail stating that your order has been received and that as soon we receive your payment you order will be proccesed. Important: In case that your desired product is a bike of any model and brand, you will be aware that certain components, including derrailleur and brake cables, could be stretched during the first uses, and therefore it`s possible that the derrailleurs or brakes don`t work properly. The adjustment is very simple thanks to some pieces on the bike. Guillermo e Hijos S.L. don`t take any responsability for this matter. We strongly recommed, despite its simplicity, that you take your bike to a specialized garage, since they are profesionals, and the service is supossed to be economical. 9.- Guarantee. The guarantee of our products is exclusively provided by the manufacturer. This guarantee refers to mechanical failures not caused by product misuse, beatings,... as reflected in the conditions section. Also, it`s not included in this guarantee parts whose role involves wear, such as chains, threadmill ribbons, bearings, ... 10.- Refunds. Refunds will be carried out only according to the statements reflected in the conditions.
